Daniel Nessim - Founder & Owner

Daniel has been working with businesses and their employees for over 30 years, focusing on building relationships and providing world-class service. He leverages C-suite relationships with the top PEO and insurance carriers in the country to deliver outcomes that independent brokers simply cannot match. Licensed Life & Health Agent. Member, National Association of Health Underwriters.

Claudia McNally - VP of Benefits & Senior Account Executive

Claudia has been with A&C Management since its inception, bringing 34 years of experience in the insurance industry (since 1991) across personal lines, business insurance, administration, and insurance consulting. A licensed Life and Health agent, she handles group benefits, ICHRA (Individual Coverage HRA), and Medicare. Her attention to detail continues to foster lasting relationships with both clients and carriers.

Samantha Viola Wilson - VP of Sales & Marketing

Samantha has been in the PEO industry since 2013, building a strong track record as a consistent top producer. Since 2024 she is health and life licensed and holds her SHRM Human Capital Management Qualification Certificate. She is also co-host of the AI podcast Intelligence Resources. Earlier in her career she served as Chief Compliance Officer in wealth management, where she helped launch one of the first digital asset divisions in partnership with Gemini. She holds a degree in International Marketing from Baruch College.

Adam Nessim, MD - Business Strategist & Licensed Life & Health Broker

Adam is a Pain Management & Rehabilitation / Sports Medicine Resident at Jacobi Medical Center - Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He is also a licensed life and health insurance broker with 10+ years of business development experience. Adam holds a B.S. from Cornell University and a Doctorate of Medicine from Albert Einstein College of Medicine.

Corey Nessim - Business Strategist

Corey is a health and life sciences consultant specializing in commercialization, business development, and digital health expansion. He has been working with A&C Management as a business strategist for approximately 10 years, focusing on process optimization and specialization. Corey holds a B.S. from Cornell University in Policy Analysis & Management.

Diana Murphy - Benefits Specialist

Diana brings over 20 years of experience in Life and Health insurance. In her role as Benefits Specialist, she manages small group renewals, conducts audits, and handles enrollment and terminations for all groups. Diana is dedicated to explaining plan options clearly so clients can choose what works best for their company and employees.

Rosie Olivar - Office Manager & Licensed Life & Health Agent

Rosie has worked alongside Daniel Nessim since 1998, predating the founding of A&C Management Group and playing an integral role in building the agency from the ground up. Her responsibilities include managing the agency's financial operations, staff support, marketing programs, and quality control.
